Shinesty's Sockcember To Remember Promotion (the “Promotion”):

To qualify for Shinesty's Sockcember To Remember Promotion, a "Qualifying Order" must be placed between December 11, 2023, at 10:00 PM Mountain Time and December 20, 2023, at 4:00 AM Mountain Time.
To qualify, a Qualifying Order must be made for a new subscription or new e-commerce order and cannot be a recurring subscription order. A "recurring subscription order" is defined as an order that renews during the promotion as part of an automatic subscription plan (e.g., Monthly Ball Hammock Underwear Subscription) created at any point before the start of the promotion. Recurring subscription orders that do not qualify for free socks include those placed through the Subscriber Account Page Portal (account.shinesty.com) using "Edit Schedule" or "Send It Now" functionality.
By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant that:
You are 18 or older at the time of purchase. You agree to comply with the following terms.
Free socks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be redeemed for store credit or cash. If you choose to return the Qualifying Order, you must also return the free pair of socks that was received with that order to receive a full refund. Exchanges are exempt from this requirement and do not necessitate the return of the free pair of socks. In the event that the Qualifying Order is partially returned, the free pair of socks does not need to be returned
Free socks are limited in quantity and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will be prompted to make a size and style selection. If your order includes a pre-order item, the free socks will be sent at the time of fulfilling the pre-order item(s).
The Promotion is only valid for orders placed on Shinesty.com, excluding orders placed through the Subscription Account Page experience (account.shinesty.com). Orders placed outside of shinesty.com (e.g., Amazon, Walmart+, TikTok Shops, Meta Shops) will not be eligible for a free pair of socks.
Shinesty reserves the right to change the terms of, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be published in a revised set of these terms on this page.
The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion offered by Shinesty.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. YOU ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR YOUR USE, OWNERSHIP, TRANSFER,SALE, OR OTHER DISPOSITION OF ANY GIFT. All causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion must be resolved individually before a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Colorado. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Information that Shinesty collects from you in connection with the Promotion is subject to Shinesty's Privacy Policy.
