Double check that what you're looking to return/exchange is eligible. There's nothing saltier than returning something you later realize is a no-go.

We agree, who prints stuff anymore? Turns out the people responsible for sending things around the world still do. Don't hate the players, hate the game.
Slap on the Label
Just like playin' Slap the Bag, slap that printed label on the box and get ready to send it off.
Give to Carrier
Toss your newly labeled return to the neareset shipping carrer according to your shipping label (UPS, USPS, etc).
The Mac Returns
We offer free returns and exchanges for all US orders. In order to be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags, including Shinesty hangtags attached.
- Merchandise should be in its original packaging. If you can't send it back in the original packaging, please use any packaging that will make it to us safely.
- Any promotional items or gifts must be returned with the order to receive a full refund. If the promotional items/gifts are missing from the return, you will receive a prorated refund less the cost of the promotional items/gifts retail value. (However, if you're doing an exchange you don't need to send any of the promotional items/gifts back.)
- Mystery items are ineligible for return or exchange.
- All returns and exchanges must be processed through our returns center. If you send back a package without using our returns center we cannot process your return.
While it's normally faster, the turnaround time to process your return or exchange can take up to 2 weeks from when we originally received it. Once processed, you should see refunds reflected back on your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable for all returns & exchanges.
For sanitary reasons, Underwear and Swimwear may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Swimwear must have hygienic liner intact (where applicable)
Orders that have been received as a gift can be returned for store credit.
We ship all international orders DDP (delivered duty paid), and we collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. We're currently unable to provide return labels to international customers. If you wish to send your order back, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
