The Mac Returns

Return Policy

Free exchanges and returns for all US orders! In order for a return to be good to go, they’ve gotta meet the following:

  1. Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of it arriving to our warehouse
  2. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  3. Merchandise must have all tags, including Shinesty hangtags attached
  4. All underwear being returned will receive store credit even if they are unworn and in the packaging. (We have to do this for sanitary reasons.)
  5. If you can’t send it back in the original packaging, please use any packaging that will make it to us safely.
  6. If you received any promotional items/gifts, they must be returned with the order to receive a full refund. If the promotional items/gifts are missing from the return, you will receive a prorated refund less the cost of the promotional items/gifts retail value. (However, if you’re doing an exchange you don’t need to send any of the promotional items/gifts back.)

Returns/Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for all orders placed and shipped within the US. While it's normally faster, except for major holiday seasons, the turnaround time to receive your exchange/refund/gift card can take up to 2 weeks from when we originally get it back. Note: If you need something faster, we recommend placing a new order and processing the exchange as a return instead. Contact us here for more information

Shipping fees are non-refundable for all returns & exchanges.

Address changes after an order has been placed: Please be sure you are double and even triple-checking your mailing address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is input and we aren’t notified with enough time to make a change before the shipment goes out, we will not be responsible for the package and you will need to reorder. (The quickest way to reach us about an address issue is to send an email to customerservice@shinesty.com and please be sure you include any changes that need to be made in that first email.)

Underwear: Because your genitals have likely caressed the inside of the underwear, we've got to keep other customer's health in mind:

  • Returning Underwear: Underwear that is unused, unwashed, and in the condition of which you got them can be returned for store credit. (This includes underwear still sealed in the package as there is no way for us to know whether or not you wore it and put it back into the packaging.) To send those babies back, click here.
  • Exchanging Underwear: Underwear can be exchanged for different sizes. Naturally, they also should show no signs of wear. (If you are trying to exchange subscription undies, note you will only be allowed to send it back for a gift card, you would then use the gift card to buy the new size or style you need.) Swimwear: You can currently return swimwear for store credit. If you’re returning swimwear, here are some extra guidelines:

  • Swimwear must be unworn, unaltered, and have their hygienic liner intact (where applicable)
  • Exchanging Bikinis: You can exchange sizes of tops or bottoms separately
  • Returning Bikinis: both top and bottom of the same bikini must be returned for it to be refunded for store credit

Returning A Gift: All gift orders returned are refunded in store credit. We’ll issue a Shinesty credit for the amount of the returned item(s), or we can credit the purchaser’s original form of payment. Hit us up here for more details.

International Returns

We ship all international orders DDP (delivered duty paid), and we collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

We’re currently unable to provide return labels to international customers. Exchanges are also not accepted for international customers.

Items Ineligible for Refund/Store Credit

  • Used Underwear (naughty bits and all)
  • Solo bikini tops, or solo bikini bottoms
  • Damaged/Worn Items
  • Returns received after 30 days
  • Free gifts or promotion items with retail value (However, to receive a refund these must be sent back with the order you would like to be refunded.)
  • Any item part of a 'mystery' promotion
  • New items with missing/damaged packaging
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we made a mistake
  • Import or VAT charges
