Shinesty's Free Socks On Orders Over $50 Promotion (the “Promotion”):

To qualify for Shinesty’s promotion, a "Qualifying Order" must be placed between November 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM Mountain Time and November 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. A Qualifying Order must meet a minimum spend of $50 and cannot be a recurring subscription order. Only new purchases (subscriptions or e-commerce orders) made during this promotion window are eligible. A "recurring subscription order" is defined as any automatic subscription renewal (e.g., Monthly Ball Hammock Underwear Subscription) created before the promotion start date, including those placed through the Subscriber Account Page Portal (account.shinesty.com) via "Edit Schedule" or "Send It Now" functions.
By participating, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older at the time of purchase. You agree to comply with these terms. The free pair of socks is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for store credit or cash. If you return a Qualifying Order, the free pair of socks must be returned to receive a full refund. Exchanges do not require the return of the free socks. For partial returns on a Qualifying Order, the free socks do not need to be returned.
The free socks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. During checkout, you will be prompted to select size and style. If your order includes a pre-order item, the free socks will ship upon fulfillment of the pre-ordered items.
The promotion is valid only on orders placed through Shinesty.com and excludes orders made through account.shinesty.com, Amazon, Walmart+, TikTok Shops, or Meta Shops. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
Shinesty reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time at its sole discretion, and any changes will be published in an updated version of these terms.
This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. By participating, you assume all liability for any injuries or damages related to the promotion or your use, ownership, transfer, sale, or other disposition of the gift. Any disputes will be governed by Colorado law and resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado.
