Sometimes, leftovers are downright nasty. First of all, at Thanksgiving dinner, everyone is too busy drinking red wine and demolishing pie with fresh whipped cream to be concerned about that 15 pound turkey and all the fixings sitting on the counter waiting for their Tupperware. Until now, we didn't... really know what happened on that over-packed countertop while minding our own business in the dining room. Well, finally, the mystery has been solved. Like I said, leftovers get nasty when you leave them alone for too long.
