Stacking Gifts Summer 2026 | Free Gift Giveaway (the “Promotion”):

To qualify for Shinesty’s Stacking Gifts Summer 2026 Free Gift Giveaway, a “Qualifying Order” must be placed on Shinesty.com between May 21st, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time and May 26th, 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. A Qualifying Order subtotal must be greater than or equal to $0.01 to earn the tier 1 gift.

A Qualifying Order must be placed as a new ecommerce purchase or new subscription purchase and cannot be a recurring subscription renewal. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “recurring subscription order” is defined as any order that renews automatically during the promotion as part of a subscription created before the start of the promotion. Renewals placed through the Subscriber Account Page Portal (account.shinesty.com) using features such as “Edit Schedule,” “Send It Now,” or similar functionality do not qualify.

Gift Rules

Gifts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for store credit or cash.

If you return items purchased during the Promotion, you must also return all free gifts received with that order to receive a full refund. Exchanges do not require gifts to be returned.

No gift is guaranteed. All gifts are limited in quantity and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Shinesty may substitute comparable gifts when necessary.

Subtotal requirements must be met before shipping, taxes, and any post-purchase upsells. Subtotal is defined as product price minus any line-item discounts.

Gifts will automatically appear in your cart or you will be prompted to choose from available options.

If your purchase includes pre-order items, gifts will ship when the pre-order items ship.

The Promotion is valid only for orders placed on Shinesty.com and excludes purchases made through the Subscription Account Page experience (account.shinesty.com) and all third-party marketplaces including but not limited to Facebook Shops, Instagram Shops, TikTok Shops and Amazon.

All gifts are provided as-is, without warranties or representations of any kind.

Shinesty may change, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion by updating these terms.

Promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

You assume all liability for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the Promotion or the use, ownership, transfer, sale, or disposition of any gift.

All disputes must be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Colorado and will be governed by Colorado law.
